Brewfest

Hey Smiley. My buddy Elliott was over the other night and I gave him a taste of the Dogfish Head Immort Ale I got from you at the last meeting. He said he's into the club so add him to the list. I sent his address to you via email.

Curieux

By the way, the last tasting of Allagash's Curieux was splendid....however I was actually able to taste the bourbon from the bourbon-barrel aging process upon a second tasting the next day. Funny, I didn't notice this the first time (after tasting 8 others). Hmmmm....?

Address

For anyone who has never been to Street Manor, the address is 1320 McChesney Ave, Nashville. We have a cozy little home nestled in the Inglewood section of East Nashville. Please note that if you are allergic to animals you are probably going to be miserable. However, if you love animals then you will be pleased. And the dogs love beer, so they can fill out the club if needed.

Our First Gathering.

Hello to one and all...Beer Drinkers Unite!

With a whopping 3 total guests for the first meeting, ‘Introduction’, it leaves little hope that the club will be taking off as easily as I had hoped. But fret not dear friends –our determination and willingness to spread the love of beer to all will prevail. On that note, thank you JJ and Jason for the participation and the brews.

We started off with a bang tasting 10 GREAT beers from Australia to the great Atlantic Coast (list and details forthcoming). Mind you that getting to the 10^th was a bit of a struggle – we’re aiming now to cap out the tasting amount. Do not worry though lads, no beer presence will go unrecognized.

Without further ado, JJ and I would like to announce the next club meeting time and date. The next SmileyStreetBC meeting will commence on Sunday, July 20^th, from 1:30 – 3:30, at Street Manor.
